We have continued to fine tune our offerings over the past 10 years to include the innovative products and advisory services that directly meet the needs of today’s bankers. In 2008, AmVest was purchased by Hawthorne Corporation, a nationally recognized private equity group, to utilize the vast experience and network of AmVest combined with Hawthorne's financial strength and business relationships. The result was AmVest Capital, which has now expanded its product line and territory to meet the needs of bankers in all 50 states.
