AmVest Capital offers a variety of long-term fixed rate loan products as well as shorter term floating rates for anchored retail centers that can be occupied by regional and/or national tenants. Typical anchored retail loans range in size from $500,000 for neighborhood strip shopping centers up to $50,000,000 for large power centers.
