Our product line includes loans secured by Apartments, Owner-occupied office/ retail/ condo, Mobile home parks, Anchored retail centers, Industrial/ warehouses, Medical/ Dental offices, Multi-tenanted offices and other commercial properties listed under the heading Loan Programs above. We offer fixed-rate recourse and non-recourse financing with amortizations up to 30 years to improve cash flow.
