Merchant Services Process

Step 1

AmVest Capital representative conducts a needs analysis for current merchant services users or future merchant services users.

Step 2

Based on the findings, we will formulate and outline a plan in writing that can be customized and will cover four main areas:

  1. Historical data in merchant services marketplace
  2. Establish realistic and specific goals for implementation
  3. Define marketing campaigns to merchants/account holder
  4. Revenue sharing forecast

Step 3

AmVest will present a written agreement to the bank for its review and approval

Step 4

Upon contract acceptance, AmVest will then develop specific timelines and define responsibilities for contacting merchants/account holders.

Step 5

AmVest will monitor, review, and make necessary adjustments based on feedback from bank partners and their customers.
